As of Monday, July 1, Lot 1B will not be available for visitor parking. It will transition to an assigned card access lot only.

Parking Violations and Penalties

VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO TOWING AND IMPOUNDING WITHOUT NOTICE AND AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.

Violations are subject to additional fines and/or penalties.
Occupying two stall/straddling the stall lines $40
Parking in violation of signs (e.g., backing into stalls) $40
Parking without a hangtag $40
Parking in an aisle, entrance, or exit $40
Illegal use such as allowing another person to use your assignment $100
Tailgating $100
Parking in a disabled accessible stall without a valid permit $250
Parking at an expired meter $40
Parking two or more cars in the same lot at one time $100
Parking anywhere on campus other than in an assigned parking lot $40
Parking in EV Space while not charging $70
Moving parking cones or other barricades $40
