  1. Thank you to everyone who donated to the Campus Charitable Fund Drive.
  2. Toys for Tots: With the holiday season approaching, we are excited about the toys for tots drive. The last day to drop off new and unwrapped toys will be November 27, 2019 .
  3. ParkID: If the gates go down, please contact your supervisor by phone or text.
  4. If you are experiencing any IT related issues, Send an e-mail to vcas@uic.edu.  You may cc: interested parties, who will be added to the ticket.  You cannot attach files to this e-mail and it must be in plain text.
  5. Please submit your time off request for Thanksgiving. Check with your manager to see if your operation is open the day after Thanksgiving.
  6. Cashiers: If the heater in the booth is not working, please contact your supervisor.
  7. If you have snow or ice problems, please call 5-SNOW.
  8. Remember to lock your doors and be aware of your surroundings during the holiday season.
  9. WOW committee is back. If you see a co-worker going beyond the call of duty or performing an outstanding act, contact Parking Services WOW Committee at http://parking.uic.edu/employee-feedback to submit a nomination for the WOW Award.

  11. Gift Days: You can schedule gift days starting December 1, 2019. However, they can’t be used until December 27, 2019.
