UIC Parking Services provides reasonable parking rates to patients and their families that are hospitalized for an extended stay. Patients and their families can apply for the discounted parking assignment by:
1. Obtaining the authorization form from the nurses station or Hospitality/Concierge Services.
2. Bringing the completed form, a valid driver’s license, and make/model/license plate number of the vehicle that will be parked in our facilities to the Wood Street Parking Office, located on 1100 S. Wood Street, first floor. Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
You must provide an authorization form to the parking office each time you purchase/renew your parking permit.
